Throughout a project New Phase Innovations serves as the sole contact for all
aspects of the implementation, managing sub-contractors and ensuring tight
budgetary control.
Upon completion of the installation of new technologies we will provide complete
documentation for the new implementation containing recommendations for early
adaption and integration with ongoing systems.
Though we will remain available as needed to assist in the transition, after
installation we will back off for a short time to allow your users an opportunity to get
used to the new tools. After a set period we will conduct calibration surveys to
capture where expectations have been met and where gaps exist.
Finally, we are able to look back on the project and provide insight into performance
enhancements and recommendations for further improvement.

At New Phase Innovations we begin by looking at how you currently do things,

At New Phase Innovations we’ll put together a complete review of options
